Local Journeys
Metered local journeys around Colchester and the surrounding villages, available around the clock — from a quick trip into town to a run further out into Essex.
Most everyday local journeys — into town, to an appointment, out to a nearby village — run on the meter, so you only pay for the trip you take. If you'd rather know the price up front, ask for a fixed quote when you book.
We're based in Colchester and cover the surrounding Essex area, including Wivenhoe, Mersea Island, Tiptree, Clacton-on-Sea, and many nearby towns and villages — see our areas we cover page for the full list.
We're on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so a local journey at midnight is treated the same as one at midday. Cash and card are both accepted with the driver.
